Hello members, new and old!

So sorry for not much updates on this group; I think the admins have been really busy.
It has come to my attention that some folders are full, and people keep submitting in the 'FULL FOLDER' folders. (what part of Full folder don't you understand //hit)
Anyway! I've created a couple of new folders, mainly:

Fan Artworks 3

Original Artwork 3

I have closed all the Full folders/ folders that can't be submitted into anymore.
Tried and tested the new folders, and they seem to work.
Hope to see your art soon, and keep in mind that you have limited submissions a week so submit your best works!

Folder Descricption

Featured
This folder is for arts that is done solely by you and features beautiful, mesmerizing and high quality of arts to be view. Submission to this folder is subject to vote. Every early of the month, we will carried out “Featured Week” in which members can propose the art they wished to featured and at the end of the week we will choose 4 of the BEST. 4 of the arts will then be placed in this folder and their art will be featured throughout the month.

Fan Artworks:
Folder specifically for fan arts from any anime, manga and games. Fan arts of characters from other artist that is not in any anime, manga or games series will also be placed here.

Original Artworks:
Pretty self-explanatory. Artworks that is originally made by you in any type of medias.

Tutorials
Tutorials made by anyone goes here.

Memes
Whatever memes you've done, submit here.

Sketches & Linearts
Now, this folder might be a little tough, because what some people see as complete art, others might see it as sketchy art. If you think its sketchy quality, then submit here. The admins will do routine checks anyway, to ensure quality control.
Linearts, vectors etc go in this folder as well.

Others:
Folder for anything that is not related to arts and drawings. Ex: Wallpaper, flash, collection and such.

Fan Fictions
This folder is for any written fan fiction from any anime, manga and games series. Note that this folder is specifically for literature only and NOT an image from other written fan fiction.

Cosplay
Self-explanatory. Folder specifically for Cosplays images from any anime, manga, games series.

Stamps
Stamps that is related to any anime, manga and games will be placed here

How can I join this group?
Just find the button says "Join This Club", click there and you'll be accepted to be our members.

How can I submit my works into this group?
After you had been approved to be a member, you can post your work in this group. Just find the button says "Contribute Art" and post it there. Note that you must submit it into the correct folder and ONLY group members can submit their works.

How can I be a contributors?
However we only prefer deviants or members whose active enough to be the contributors. You can try sending us a note and we’ll see your activity stats and if it qualifies our specification you’ll welcome to be our contributor.

Where should i submit my art? What folder?
We have 6 folders in this group. To ensure that you submitted to the correct folder, please refer to the Folder Description above.

Can fan art from non-anime/manga titles such as Novels and Science Fiction drawn in anime/manga style be submitted to the group?
Yes you can do that. If the novels or science fiction stories have copyright, you can submit to the 'Fan Artworks’ folder. ‘Fan Fictions’ folder is specifically only for literature.

Does the group hold contests and if so how often?
It was still in discussion. If it’s possible without any complication, we’ll host contest every now and then which might corresponds with events or holidays like Christmas or Halloween and such.

What is the official group policy relating to mature content?
For that, we have a folder called 'Mature Content' exclusively for artworks that is 18+. Ex: Hentai, yaoi, yuri, ecchi, etc.
Please note that you must warn or strict to filter user that is under 18 from viewing it. The folder had been deleted, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Who can become a contributor and what responsibilities would they have as one?
Any member of this group can be one but they have to be an active member and has strong sense of responsibility. Their job is to keep track of the gallery and make sure the artworks is placed correctly in the folder.
